”Absolutely delighted after our first visit, Fanchea did a lovely job of transforming Casey, my Shih Tzu. She clearly has a natural affinity with animals; Casey settled with her right away, and when I collected him he looked completely relaxed and at home. Very, very happy with the whole experience: very professional, prompt and friendly service - Fanchea clearly knows her doggy cuts, though she makes plenty of time to discuss individual preferences beforehand. I've used several different groomers in the past, but Casey will be back to visit Fanchea from now on!”
